As a parent, who wants nothing more than to raise a happy, healthy and successful child then you have come to the right place.


During this Free 5 day challenge you will:

  • Know and use practical strategies to help you and your family feel calmer and more in control.

  • Understand what Emotional Intelligence is and why it is so important in life for you and your kids.

  • Know how your emotions can affect others, including people and animals.

  • Know that animals and nature can help you to develop emotional intelligence and support you with your wellbeing.

  • Know the benefits of meditation and mindfulness and what you can do to support yourself and your family in this practice.

The challenge entails:

- 1 daily video, which includes an activity to help you feel calm and a short task. 

- A daily task to complete (approx 15mins per day). 

- A live call, where I will deliver some training and support around emotional intelligence and well-being and how to implement it in your daily lives. 

Currently, 1 in 4 children in the UK and the USA have been diagnosed with a mental health disorder.


As a teacher, I see many children struggling with mental health in some way – anxiety, depression, attachment issues, to name just a few of the issues that children are struggling with from a young age.

As someone who struggled with childhood anxiety myself, this is heart-breaking. I remember only too well the tummy aches, the headaches, the feeling of everything being completely out of my control and the horrible feelings, that I just didn’t have the words to explain. I remember telling my mum “I’ve got one of those feelings again,” and hiding under a blanket to block out the light that was compounding my headaches.

I remember the anxiety this caused my parents, who could see how much I was struggling and just didn’t know how to help. As a child, I could sense their anxiety too, which created a cycle.

As a mum, I’ve also seen my own son struggle with anxiety and I’ve been in a situation where I didn’t know how to help. That’s somehow even worse because as a parent you want to protect your children from everything, and you would happily go through the pain yourself if it meant taking it away from your child. I only wish I knew then what I know now.

The turning point for me ironically came when I was 38 years old, and I was diagnosed with cancer. The old feelings of anxiety re-surfaced, as I faced treatment that made me ill, physical changes to my body and energy levels and regret that I had spent so much time working and not enough time with the people I loved. This time though, I was older and wiser. I decided that I was in control and I decided to do something about it. Thus, began my journey to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. A journey that led me to realise that I could help so many adults and children to improve their wellbeing and reduce the risk of mental health difficulties that often follow us into adult life.

I’ve made it my mission to do my part to reduce these mental health statistics, by educating parents around the issues that can lead to poor mental health and by creating resources to help equip adults and children with the knowledge, tools and strategies they need to build resilience, confidence, self-esteem and relationships that will set them up for a happier and more balanced life.

  • Low self – esteem leads to a fear of being seen and feelings of ‘imposter syndrome.’

  • Low confidence prevents you from truly stepping into your own power and achieving your full potential.
